Wedding Shower Card

I absolutely had to clean my scrapbooking/stamping desk today....needed to make a wedding shower card that I had to get in the mail today. So when I'm pinched for time and ideas...I CASE! *grin*
This card is pretty much a CASE from CuttersCallous over at SCS.
I just love how this card turned out. Kinda strange to use chocolate brown for a shower card (especially since I'm not a big fan of brown )...but I think it's quite striking.
I used SU! Au Chocolat designer series paper, Chocolate Chip card stock and ink.I also added a layer of silver cardstock. Punched the circles from my giga and mega punches and used dimensionals to pop it up a bit. Ran a bit of cream paper through my devine swirls cuttlebug and added some silver backed pearl brads. The Best Wishes is from SU!'s Elegant Greetings.
I added a Target club wed gift card inside. I'm hoping to be able to get to PA for the wedding in November...we shall see.
Wow, wow, wow....can you believe it's only 17 days till I leave for my Ireland trip?!?! Time is ticking by quickly. I intend to enjoy each and every second of my once in a life time dream trip!
Things are falling into place and shopping is almost finished. LOL You should see my bedroom...little piles (that are growing daily) of trip items all over. LOL
I even have a journal that's sitting and waiting to be used. I can't wait and I feel like a kid on Christmas Eve. *grin*

Thanks for stopping by!

Very elegant! Love the cuttlebugged background with that patterned paper. And the color choice is rich as well.
